What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the terms of the Nieme product. If your organization uses Nieme, that use is governed by a separate written agreement, and nothing on this site adds to or changes it.

Using the site

You may read this site, quote it with attribution, and share links to it. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without asking, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else, or present its content as your own.

The product screens on this site are illustrative

The interfaces shown here are reconstructions of real Nieme surfaces, rebuilt for the web. They use invented organizations, projects, file names, identifiers and figures. Nothing shown is a real customer, a real account, or real customer data.

They are drawn to be faithful to how the product behaves, but they are not a specification and not a warranty. What the product does is defined by your agreement and by the product itself.

Forward-looking statements

Parts of this site describe intent and direction as well as present behaviour. Roadmaps and descriptions of what Nieme is for are not commitments, and capability and connector availability can change.

Trade marks of other companies

Slack, Google Drive, OneDrive, GitHub and WhatsApp are trade marks of their respective owners. They appear here only to identify the systems Nieme can connect to. Their use does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement, in either direction.

The text, design, code and images on this site belong to MS Produções e Participações Ltda., except the third-party marks above. You may quote with attribution; you may not republish the site or substantial parts of it as your own.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change with them. They are governed by the laws of Brazil, and the courts of São Paulo/SP have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory protection you have where you live.
